Apparent are two maxima: the altitude of the sea level, and the level of the sea bottom of approximately - 5 km.
The main difficulty for an acceptance of the EE obviously is, it could not provide a convincing cause explaining why the Earth expands so much as the globe models or, resp., the hypothesis of the EE demand.
The CTH can only explain the release mechanism for the EE (gravitation constant decreasing with time), but it cannot explain its extent.
In order to achieve the high expansion rate demanded by the EE, there must, aside of a gravitation force decreasing with time, other physical processes be effective.
